Lavrov: any country can become victim of Western color revolutions

Sergei Lavrov spoke on October 16 at a conference on security in Central Asia and Afghanistan. He stated that "any country can become a victim of color revolutions organized by the West." He described Ukraine's authorities as "neo-Nazi" and "Russophobic."
