Excavator on trailer severed power lines over 10 km near Włodawa

On Friday in Kołaczach, Włodawski county, a farm tractor driver transported an excavator with its boom raised, which severed power lines for about 10 kilometers. Roofs and chimneys of buildings connected to these lines were damaged. Residents of nearby villages lost power, and utility crews began repairs. No one was injured.
