Ciulim lelowski: 2 kg potatoes, ribs and a holiday of its own

Ciulim lelowski is a traditional dish from Śląskie voivodeship, strikingly similar to golden potato pudding. Making it requires at least two kilograms of potatoes, a portion of ribs and much patience. The dish has become so important to local heritage that Lelów hosts an annual festival dedicated to it.
