Zelensky wants to halt attacks on Russian refineries for Starlink access
According to The Wall Street Journal, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky was willing to suspend attacks on Russian oil facilities for 100 days in exchange for expanded access to the Starlink satellite communication system. Ukrainian drones would gain Starlink connectivity within a range of approximately 300 km into Russian territory. The proposal raises the question of how the Trump administration will respond to the terms.
