Eight Constitutional Court judges: inviting only three to the Palace is arbitrary selection
Eight judges of the Constitutional Court elected by the current Sejm issued a statement pledging to take all legal measures to restore the tribunal's proper functioning. The judges assess that President Karol Nawrocki's invitation to the Palace for only three of them constitutes an arbitrary attempt to select judges. They pledge action for the tribunal to operate in accordance with the law.
