Prof. Jan Sikora, Polish cancer diagnostics pioneer, dies

Prof. Jan Sikora, one of Poland's most prominent specialists in laboratory diagnostics, has died, the National Chamber of Laboratory Diagnosticians announced. Over many years, the professor advanced Polish medicine and trained successive generations of specialists, and his research transformed cancer diagnostics in Poland.
