Government has list of 50 cases for new Constitutional Court

According to Wirtualna Polska's unofficial findings, a government team has prepared a working list of roughly 50 cases for the Constitutional Court following its takeover by the new judicial majority. The list includes laws enacted by PiS to be challenged urgently, as well as Constitutional Court rulings from recent years that the ruling coalition wants to overturn or modify.
