Parliament expands courts' authority over ZUS and KRUS decisions

Parliament passed an amendment to the Code of Civil Procedure that significantly expands courts' ability to overturn faulty decisions by pension authorities such as ZUS and KRUS. For the first time, the rules will explicitly cover not only the insured, but also contribution payers and other parties to proceedings. The law takes effect 30 days after publication.
