Three-year-old Kacper died at ER in Grodzisk: prosecution investigates medical error

Three-year-old Kacper was brought to an ER in Grodzisk Mazowiecki and died in his father's arms just five hours later. Dr Aleksandra Jasińska said on the "Uwaga!" program that the child required immediate surgical intervention. The Grodzisk Mazowiecki prosecutor's office has opened an investigation into a possible medical error.
