Nawrocki on Berek: I don't know who administered the oath, but not me
President Karol Nawrocki commented on Maciej Berek's swearing-in as a Constitutional Court judge, saying he does not know who administered the oath to Berek, but it was certainly not the Polish president. Nawrocki stressed that without meeting this requirement, Berek is not a Constitutional Court judge. The president's words are another element in the dispute over the composition of the Constitutional Court.
