Pfizer blocks 5.7 billion PLN of PAŻP funds: Belgian court decides January 15
On January 15, a Belgian court will decide whether to continue blocking 5.7 billion PLN belonging to the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency, seized by Pfizer as security for Poland's debt from a COVID-19 vaccine dispute. Former PAŻP director Janusz Janiszewski warns that freezing the agency's funds — responsible for Polish airspace security — threatens NATO and EU's eastern flank. The case links the vaccine dispute to critical security infrastructure operations.
