Ministry notified of Skydance takeover of TVN

The Ministry of State Assets received notice of the acquisition of TVN, a company on the list of strategic entities. Przemysław Kuk, director of the Communications Department, said the ministry will conduct an ex post review under the law on control of certain investments. The transaction concerns the takeover of TVN by American Skydance Media.
