Egypt reforms real estate market: end to fictional apartments
The Egyptian government is preparing five key changes to real estate market regulations. Housing Minister Randa El-Menshawy announced rules forcing full transparency from developers and restricting unfair sales practices involving so-called virtual apartments. The new regulations are to take effect next year and increase buyer protection, including for thousands of Poles investing in Egyptian property.
