Officers searched for car, found neglected puppies and kittens

Officers intervened in a vehicle recovery case and discovered neglected animals on the property with no access to water and food. A foundation took in 6 puppies, 2 adult dogs and 2 kittens. Police are now determining the extent of the owners' responsibility for animal abuse.
