14-year-old from Bartoszyce threatened children with knife, strangled peer

A not-yet-14-year-old primary school pupil in Bartoszyce repeatedly terrorized younger children: frightened a girl with a knife, threatened with a penknife blade, hit and strangled a peer. The boy had already had police interventions, stays in a Police Child Room and cases before family court. The Family and Juvenile Court in Bartoszyce placed him in a juvenile shelter for 3 months.
