Prosecutor denies reports of animal slaughter at Zoo Łączna

Following intervention by police, prosecutors and animal rights organizations at Zoo Łączna near Mieroszów, reports emerged of alleged animal slaughter. The prosecutor firmly denies this — prosecutor Mariusz Pindera stressed that animals remain zoo property. A decision to transfer some animals was made on October 13.
