Święczkowski blocked new judges from entering Constitutional Tribunal
After taking their oath before parliament, Maciej Berek and other judges selected this year by parliament for the Constitutional Tribunal went to TK headquarters. However, TK President Bogdan Święczkowski prevented them from physically entering the judicial section of the building — an obstruction he later acknowledged. Images from the incident circulated in the media, deepening the dispute over the TK.
