German foreign minister: Russia not ready for ceasefire after Lavrov talks

German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul said after speaking with Sergei Lavrov that Russia is not showing willingness to enter a ceasefire. The European Commission is working on a mechanism to support Ukraine with frozen Russian assets. Wadephul stressed that the conversation made him aware of the scale of Russian inflexibility.
