Sikorski at Warsaw Security Forum: Putin is the aggressor, not Ukraine

Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski said at the Warsaw Security Forum that wars end by convincing the aggressor to reduce ambitions, not by forcing the victim to surrender. Sikorski expressed hope that president-elect Karol Nawrocki will convince Donald Trump that Władimir Putin is the aggressor. The forum also included foreign ministers from Germany, Norway and Britain.
