Doctor with 1.3 blood alcohol level saw patients in Kołobrzeg

A patient at a clinic in Kołobrzeg noticed the duty doctor may have been under the influence of alcohol and reported it to police. Officers conducted a breathalyzer test showing 1.3 blood alcohol level. The doctor had been seeing patients, including children, while significantly intoxicated.
