RCB Alert in Night Attack: Some Poles Got Only the Cancellation

Overnight Tuesday to Wednesday, Russia launched a massive air attack on Ukraine using drones and ballistic missiles. At 4:15 a.m., RCB sent an alert to residents of Lublin and Subcarpathian voivodeships, then cancelled it at 4:40. Some recipients received only the cancellation message, not the initial warning. RCB explained this resulted from a change in the air situation.
