Pegasus commission: data transferred abroad, 10 referrals made to prosecutor

Head of the Pegasus investigative commission Magdalena Sroka revealed that the system operated without required IT security accreditation, and data obtained through it was transferred outside Polish territory. Sroka assessed that "the state was treated like a private fiefdom." The commission made a total of 10 referrals to the prosecutor against 11 individuals.
