Sybiha urges EU to use frozen Russian assets to defend Ukraine

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrij Sybiha called on the European Union to use frozen Russian assets to finance Kyiv's defense. He said such action would undercut narratives from the far right and left that Europe is bearing the war's costs. Sybiha stressed that Russia should pay for the conflict it caused.
