Ukrainian arrested in Lublin after threatening race hate killing

A 21-year-old Ukrainian citizen was detained in Lublin on Friday after announcing a planned knife attack on a random person. One knife was found on him, and two specialist blades were seized from his apartment. The man was charged with preparing to commit a racially motivated murder; the court ordered three months of pretrial detention.
