USA threatens Ukraine with halting weapons if it doesn't stop refinery attacks

According to the British Financial Times, Washington is threatening Kyiv with cuts to weapons supplies and intelligence data if Ukraine does not end attacks on Russian refineries. At the same time, Donald Trump announced an "energy ceasefire" with Russia. This is another form of U.S. pressure on Ukraine as part of efforts to bring about negotiations.
