Ukraine met Hungary's condition: Parliament protects Hungarian minority rights

Ukraine's Supreme Rada passed amendments to the education law granting protections to the Hungarian minority. The change was meant to persuade Hungary to agree to open the second and third stages of Ukraine's EU accession negotiations.
