Fitch raises Poland's 2027 budget deficit forecast to 7.1 percent of GDP

Rating agency Fitch revised upward its forecast for Poland's general government sector deficit from 6.7 to 7.1 percent of GDP in 2027. For 2028 the agency projects a deficit of 6.5 percent of GDP. The previous August forecast was 0.4 percentage points lower.
