Carp prices rising for Christmas: farmers warn of increases after difficult season

Carp farmers warn that the season was exceptionally difficult. Tomasz Siwiec, vice president of the Polish Carp Producers Organization, acknowledged that consumers should expect higher fish prices before Christmas. Carp harvesting for holiday sales begins as early as October.
