Zelensky accuses Russia of ceasefire breach; Kremlin proposes one-day suspension only

Less than 24 hours after Donald Trump announced an "energy ceasefire," Ukraine reported Russian strikes on Kharkiv in the northeast. Zelensky accused Russia of breaking the ceasefire terms. The Kremlin proposed only a one-day suspension of hostilities — and solely in connection with elections.
