Russian attacks on Kyiv: authorities set up heated tents with charging

Following Russian strikes on energy infrastructure in three Kyiv districts, so-called resilience points are being opened — tents where residents can warm up and charge electronic devices. The city authorities took this step in response to power supply problems caused by the shelling.
