Prosecution seeks to remove judicial immunity from judges Schaba, Radzik and Lasota
The National Prosecutor's Office submitted requests to the Supreme Court to strip immunity from Warsaw Court of Appeals judges Piotr Schaba, Przemysław Radzik and Michał Lasota. The judges are accused of, among other things, abuse of authority and falsely impersonating the Disciplinary Ombudsman for Common Courts and his deputies. Justice Minister Waldemar Żurek commented that the "catalog of abuses is impressive."
