Terrorist content must be removed from internet within one hour of order
Under the EU's 2021 TCO regulation, online platforms are required to remove terrorist content within one hour of receiving an order from the competent authority. This includes incitement to attacks, instructions for carrying them out, and announcements of attacks. KRRiT notes that these mechanisms are already regulated at EU and Polish level, so they do not need to be created from scratch in implementing DSA nationally.
