Investigators return to Warsaw hospital in pregnant patient death case
The prosecutor's office has expanded its investigation into the death of a 31-year-old pregnant patient at the Specialist Hospital of the Holy Family in Warsaw. The woman died after being given nitrous oxide instead of oxygen during a routine procedure. Nearly a year after the tragedy, investigators examined additional medical equipment, including anesthesia columns that had been overlooked in the earlier inquiry.
