Polish parliament approves three-month driving ban for running railway crossing red light
Parliament passed stricter penalties for drivers at railway crossings on Thursday. Running a red light at a crossing carries a three-month driving ban. If convicted of causing a disaster at a crossing, courts must impose at least a three-year mandatory driving ban.
