Two Latvians arrested near NATO and US base in England

British counterterrorism police arrested two Latvian citizens on Thursday near RAF base in southeastern England, where US and NATO intelligence centers are stationed. The arrests came days after another serious incident at the British base that prompted the US military to withdraw B-1 bombers from there. A counterterrorism investigation is underway.
