Kasprowy Wierch cable car closed: winds hit 108 km/h

Strong winds forced the cable car from Kuźnice to Kasprowy Wierch to stop operating. Morning gusts at the peak reached about 108 km/h. TOPR rescue service and TPN staff are advising tourists against venturing into the higher regions of the Tatras.
