Defense Ministry prepares law on defensive readiness before martial law

The Ministry of National Defense is drafting legislation on the state's defensive readiness to fill a legal gap between normal conditions and martial law. The provisions are to regulate response to hybrid threats, military deployment, employer obligations and training of public administration. According to Dziennik Gazety Prawnej, the draft is to be presented within two weeks.
