Green-tinted Czechówka river in Lublin caused by heating network leak
The Czechówka river in Lublin turned an intense green, alarming residents. The culprit was a minor leak in the LPEC heating network during modernization work in a chamber at Ogrodowa and Chmielna streets. The leak occurred on October 5 — approximately 150 liters of tinted network water escaped. The green color was visible near Tysiąclecia Avenue and VIVO mall, and the leak site was quickly secured.
