A1 highway crash trial: prosecutor seeks 8 years in prison for Majtczak
In the trial of Sebastian Majtczak, who caused a highway accident on the A1 in which a three-person family from Myszkow died, the prosecutor has called for the maximum sentence of eight years in prison. He also demanded substantial compensation for the families of the victims. During closing arguments he described harrowing details of the crash; the defendant's father left the courtroom.
