Pensioner murdered in Zagórze near Chrzanów: manhunt for son ongoing

On 6 October police found the body of a 73-year-old woman in Zagórze near Chrzanów in Małopolska. Deputy Inspector Katarzyna Cisło, spokesperson for the Regional Police Headquarters in Kraków, confirmed it was not a natural death. A large-scale manhunt is underway in the area for the 49-year-old son of the victim; thermal imaging equipment from the air is tracking the fugitive.
