Boeing gets $14.7B contract for Patriot missile warheads for Poland

Boeing received a contract from Lockheed Martin worth about $14.7 billion to produce guided warheads for PAC-3 MSE missiles used in the Patriot system. The manufacturer will triple production of these components as part of the largest U.S. air defense ammunition expansion program in a decade. Poland, which purchased the Patriot system, is also waiting for the results of this program.
