Short-term rentals in Poland grow faster than in Spain and Italy

In the first half of 2026, the number of bookings through short-term rental platforms in Poland rose by around 10 percent year-on-year, and in the second quarter alone by around 9 percent. Poland ranks among large EU markets with the highest growth rate, ahead of Spain and Italy. The figures do not include hotels and campsites.
