Tusk: over 102 billion zloty for civil protection in 2027–2031

Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced a Program for Civil Protection and Civil Defense for 2027–2031 worth over 102 billion zloty. Around 30 billion zloty will go to regions through provincial governors, with local authorities deciding independently on spending. The program includes shelter construction and other civil security investments.
