Fatal hit-and-run in Nowy Sącz: witness was on a walk with children

A pedestrian died after being struck at a marked pedestrian crossing in Nowy Sącz. Bystanders, including a passing doctor, attempted to save the man. One witness to the incident said he was on a walk with children in that area and rushed to help the victim.
