Transporters defrauded companies of €1 million by diverting shipments
Economic crime police arrested four men suspected of transport fraud affecting companies across Europe, with losses estimated at €1 million. The suspects organized cargo shipments that were diverted to a private warehouse near Kalisz instead of reaching recipients. Among those detained are two warehouse workers (aged 34 and 45) and a 41-year-old who provided his details to register the transport business.
