Prosecutor seeks conditional dismissal in case of vote-switching election commission
The Regional Prosecutor's Office in Gdańsk has filed a motion with the District Court Gdańsk-South for conditional dismissal of proceedings against nine members of Electoral Commission No. 17. The case concerns irregularities in tallying results from the June 2025 presidential election — the commission wrongly attributed votes between Nawrocki and Trzaskowski. Conditional dismissal means finding guilt without imposing a sentence.
