Only 2 in 100 teens with mental health problems get help
43 percent of Polish teenagers report needing psychological support, yet only 22 percent actually receive it, according to data cited by the "Bo Jesteś" Foundation. Up to 4 in 10 young people show signs of depression, and wait times for specialist appointments can stretch several months. Dominika Kluwa from the foundation notes that support should encompass the entire family system, and points to factors including an excess of technological stimuli as contributing to the crisis.
