Death of 5-year-old Ola from Wola Rzędzińska: prosecution launches investigation

Five-year-old Ola from Wola Rzędzińska died in hospital after a wooden structure collapsed on her during construction of a home canopy. The prosecution launched an investigation into unintentional causing of a child's death. The girl's father, Rafał K., posted a moving farewell online: "I would give everything to hug you one more time, I don't know how to say goodbye to you."
