UOKiK charges Google with unfair terms for Polish publishers

The Office for Competition and Consumer Protection filed charges against four Google Group companies for abuse of dominant position. The charges concern settlement conditions with Polish press publishers for use of their content in Google Search and Google News and Google Discover services. The company faces potential fines reaching billions of zlotys.
