Ben-Gwir and Jewish messianists pursue control of Temple Mount in Jerusalem
Jewish messianists led by Itamar Ben-Gwir are consistently pursuing control of the Temple Mount in Jerusalem and building of the Third Temple. This subject is often overlooked by mainstream media covering the Middle East conflict, though it represents one of the key sources of regional tensions. The Temple Mount is a holy site for both Jews and Muslims.
